It's almost here!

We are making the final preparations for our 63rd Annual OAFF Convention, February 3, 4 and 5 in the Hobbies, Arts and Crafts building at the State Fair Park in Oklahoma City. Our host hotel is the Fairfield Inns & Suites located nearby at 4521 S.W. 15th Street, (405)604-3223. Be sure to tell them you are with the OAFF for the convention rate.

We have several seminars and workshops ready to help you make your fairs and festivals a success in 2012! In addition to the opening presentations, we will be having a Wine and Cheese Reception Friday evening in the hospitality suite! We also have a great lineup of speakers and presenters Saturday, our awards luncheon and a fantastic banquet and showcase scheduled for Saturday evening that you will not want to miss.

There is still time left to make your reservations for the OAFF Awards Luncheon and Showcase Banquet being held Saturday, February 4. The absolute deadline for making those reservations is no later than 12 Noon Wednesday, February 1st. We must have the accurate attendance numbers to the caterers shortly thereafter, so we cannot accept additional meal requests after the deadline.
